Industry will reorganize itself to meet with these demand, I presume. Govt. should only play facilitating role and regulating in financial and taxation and labour law adherence of these industries. We can also insist on modern machinery, introduce them and ensure companies meet labour standards to avoid mafia taking over. Corruption should be put down using firm foot and transparency should be maintained in allotments.

We should also concentrate on plant operation, maintaining roads, operating mining equipment, Underground equipment and host of other things. Even cooks, electricians,Fixing heavy machinery, Machinists for equipment fixing, plumbing installation, Fitters for steam and water pipes, Welders for reading, interpreting and handling, adept Welders, Sophisticated electronic equipment, clerical jobs and what not?

Students, Youth and prospective youngsters from villages can be trained in security services which play a very important role in mining Industry. Also medical aids, work site cleaning that is very different from ordinary cleaning. Security people might be expected to keep track of moving vehicles, and controlling and recording which is again very important. Sometimes, there are need for people who have to communicate with aircraft in varied meteorological conditions. Monitoring of fuel, leaks.

e-life certificates: Dear Sir, this a welcome step for very old people who can not come to the bank for signing on register or life certificates in front of the bank officer. Sir, internet media like skype or others are easily available even on mobile. Why can the bank officers not very the credentials of a person by talking to him in person on skype? and get themselves satisfied that he/she is alive. This will help the pensioners immensely.
