By letting the youth to synergize their passion with the voluntary work they choose. Good students can opt to teach the underprivileged. Their contribution would be meaningful as they are passionate about their interest. This can add up to their profile as work experience and thus the youth would be gaining as well as giving to the society.

Many youth are wants to work with them but, how, when where there are many questions in their mind. so my points are if they worked with honesty, and comes in front of the society then definitely they can promote the spirit of volunteerism.
