Government should make available sports facility for every 10000 population and this youth centers can act as catalyst centers for volunteerism in Indian Society. At present sports is in entertainment category in Constitution. Govt should bring it to life science Category and make it integral part of education.

Sir, the ethos of this land dictates that we share what good we have. The materialistic world that we live has blinded us to our duty to our less fortunate brethren. To expect all to work for the greater good is far fetched. Youngsters may not see the pain around, to aid them to work for & share with the needy, they need good guidance & facilitation. Colleges, work places & the government can provide special marks, help in re-assigning course work, reservation in higher courses & job security.

Instead of Creating more IIM's and IIT's gov should open Skill Engineering Colleges why, IIT and IIM can made engineer and manager only not the carpenter, barber, musician, security man, artist, singer, cook. house keeper, driver, farmer, nurse.Gov should also control and regulate the existing pvt universities and colleges so they cannot snatch much money on the account of education.Education, discipline and good environment are the pillar of youth development.They have to provide by gov.

Government should focus on the education system of India. All syllabus of India should be same either the education of state or central. It doesn't matter what the language they adopt.All govt. School, colleges have proper infrastructure as well as attendance punch machine for the teacher and Principal so at least they are regular and by default students will also be regular.All govt school should be hi-tech. All govt and pvt school should connect through one department as well as online also

We have to go to root cause of why people do not come forward - fear of failure and/or being isolated. Mostly people are followers rather than leaders. Therefore, first of all equip them with requisite skills as this will instil in them confidence that they can perform. Secondly create/ encourage forums, groups wherein it is easy for youth to associate themselves to perform; thirdly NGOs, corporates and government to provide leadership and sense of pride in innovative yet small programs.

All are expecting the new India are on the shoulder of youth but nobody knows the fact, today youth are involving himself in the rat race of the society. Youth are just like blank tapes what they adopt from environment,society, media and internet they adopt and follow.Most of the educated youth you can found out outside the bar, club,restaurant etc.Those are sincere they are in the rat race of society so its wastage of time to encourage youth towards volunteerism.

To promote volunteerism among youth, the youth should be motivated according to the background they are born and brought up in.. for example.. A student will get attracted towards volunteerism if they get certificate for the same, whereas a youth from low earning family will get attracted towards volunteerism if they get meals or get paid for the same..
