India is diverse nation – many cultures, religions, languages and societies of people coexisting in one country. So, where do you stand? Do you follow the rules created by this society and carry on with your mundane existence? Or should you break the shackles and realize your dreams? Don’t you think that as the leader of tomorrow you should have the liberty of thinking, realizing and acting on your own principles?

But as you move forward, you leave those dreams behind and reality strikes. The right thing to do then is ‘Be Yourself’. You should create your own ‘Youniverse’ in a society where people want to be like someone else and make a difference.

We are not here because our destiny was programmed to-be-so and to-do-so. We have all seen the beginning and end of classroom sessions, semesters and holidays. We all have had that ‘special someone’ who broke our heart in the end. But, Life always gives a second chance and being optimist certainly pays off. At 5 our parents would've told that we would be an engineer or a doctor. At 10, we dreamed of becoming a cricketer or a film star.

Friends, Indians and Countrymen, I stand before you not to sympathize or criticize the situation our country is in. I am here only to make you THINK. I am a symbol of the youth of this nation who has a dream for change and needs the help of you all in turning that dream into reality.

सर जी नमस्कार ,हम सभी लोग आप के द्वारा किये कार्यो से बहुत खुश है स्वतंत्रता प्राप्ति के बाद शायद पहली बार ऐसा समय आया है की देश के लोग सर उठा के जीने का अहसास कर रहे है सर जी मै आप से देश की जनता की भलाई के लिए यह कहना चाहता हू की जिस प्रकार सन 1990 से पूर्व वर्ष में एक बार मच्छरों के प्रकोप से बचाने के लिए घर -घर दवा का छिडकाव होता था उशी प्रकार एक बार फिर से इस अभियान का प्रारंभ करने की कृपा देश की जनता पर करे जिससे अनेको प्रकार की बीमारियों से लोगो का बचाव हो सके धन्यवाद !

The keyword here is 'APATHY'. This needs to be destroyed from within every youth's heart. The youth of India need to be shown that their contribution matters. The government along with the help of NGO's, Corporates etc. need to take up small causes ( eg. Anti corruption drives within a locality) around the country, engage the youth and show quantifiable results within short time spans. The youth will shed the inertia only when they see their actions having immediate and lasting effects.

In Asansol some govt. school are their where meals are made but with no saturation and taken care of cleaness

Youth need to be educated and they should be made to realize that they are a part of the nation and the society, and as responsible citizens they have very important role to play in the development of the society and the nation. Social service activities should be made compulsory from school to university level this will expose them to the way the society is and their responsibility and role towards making it better. Special classes should be made cumpulsory for educating them in this matter.

There are about 24000 high school block grant teachers of ODISHA state not getting full salary.They have already done their duty about 30 years.

There are so many corruption at various NGOs' at very remote and rural areas because no one come to there for review or inception. In their balance sheet they are showing more work but in reality doing very less. We should have strict rules and performance audit of their work in transparent way.
