As India has a large diaspora living outside India we need to remove such archaic laws to allow them for higher education in India to make Modi ji's dream of 'Make In India' successful. I request the government to make necessary amendments in the law to allow NRIs, PIOs and OCIs and all Indians born abroad to have access to higher education in India.
