If given the opportunity to be educated and gain experience out of India the young youth should always give back to their home country. Money can easily be donated but the people of India need more volunteers that can devote their time and resources to build a better country and better foundation for children. The children of India need to be educated and be provided with necessities to help them build a future. If we can get more population educated we can start to get rid of poverty and crime.

Youth should be motivated and inspired by some popular people like flmstars, singers etc to take part in civil society, Ngo's, corporates, and govt. Also they should be provided some suitable post in the organisation. A membership card should be made which can provide petty benifits to them. Once some of them would start taking interest in these sort of activities, more youth will be attracted automaticlly

NGOs in India generally belongs to short guns, they receive aid from all the corners of the world but they use the NGO for their own development, without caring for the country and its people. Functioning of NGOs should be regularly monitored.

Motivation, Guidance and Security..... are the main elements by which the Civil Society, NGOs and big corporates and Government can promote the spirit of volunteerism among the youth. The modern World has made this globe a small village. If popular and well known faces take up any social issue in hand the youth will follow them with the intention of being part of their programme. When you picked up broom and cleaned the street, the whole country has started cleaning their homes, offices etc.
