most of the states using the contract/out sourcing personnel in education system to employ the youth. It is not good to our education system.Use the excess skillful teachers to run the education system for bright future india.use the contract employees in other than education department like agriculture, revenue etc.Not allocate the budget for contract employees in SARVASHIKSHA ABHIYAAN PLAN.

I am 20 years old and a teammate of a movement called 'apno kaj SREJAN'. Its main motive is सजग राष्ट्र का निर्माण, समर्थ राष्ट्र का निर्माण। mainly by motivating youth through indian ethos. Here is an amazing video backing honorable prime minister' s 'make in India' campaign. And suggesting how to execute it. Watch "Where am I in; Make in India... Standing beside t…" on YouTube - Where am I in; Make in India... Standing beside t…: http://youtu.be/0iJ_6IKd8pY

Opportunity to develop leadership should be struck at the school and college levels by inculcating skills by devicing special courses in addition to the regular education. Teachers should be trained to develop leadership qualities and any such bright streak in any student should be noticed and he/she should be given more training to develop those skills more by proffessionals in leadership development.
