The problem is everyone wants to be a leader in this country and all end up being followers. Everyone wants to take the top position irrespective whether he/she has anything to offer or not. Most of the effort goes in taking up the leadership position and continue the fight to maintain the same. There is mostly nothing to offer, except false promises from those who did not deserve this position. As Mr. Modi as always said that the leadership position is for service is the truth to be understood.

It is important to bring awareness among the youth on current issues which are major road blocks for the development of nation. Government should make a practice of conducting these awareness program mes ( through some sort of medium) and explain/guide them on how to resolve issues by their valuable contribution. In the process of contribution, there is a lot of scope for young citizens to develop leadership, planning, helping and most importantly serving for Nation.

They must learn free market economic model and experiment on portals like the mygov.nic.in on private portals also. They should develop an attitude of becoming a job provider rather than a job seeker. Simplify English terms. Participate in Sanskrit speaking course to not be manipulated by some regulations and bureaucratic mannerisms.

Leadership is a natural talent- which includes decision making as a main part of it..!! And the best part of the leadership is "hope" . every child should taught intra-thinking process about there own habits, their capabilities and their weaknesses.

if we really want to develop a leadership qualities among the youth then , as we know the 90 % growth of a child's brain happens till 15-17 years, so i'll prefer to make changes at school level, by giving them exact knowledge of what creativity is... and the syllabus should be such that, it makes the student to think, and it gives a chance to student to be creative.. this creativity only helps them to know that, what they are for, whats their interest is..?
