The concept of "Youth for Nation Building" is a futuristic vision and it has to be started with building the character of the future youth i.e children. We have to ensure mandatory value based education till class 10 for all children. The focus should be on developing awareness about the social issues and to solve the problem..A series of camps must be organised at village panchayat levels to create awareness among the children and youth on various aspects.

Surat is the city where real enterpreneurship environment available. Young persons join the business activity group in a easy way. They do not face any hassal in their work or enterprise. One should have exposure to environment of Surat and similar atmosphere to be created in other cities. This will boost our youth energy in production

सुशासन की अवधारणा को सफल बनाने हेतु लोकतंत्र मे नौकरशाही एक मजबूत दीवार है ,जो आजादी को आम आदमी और शेष आबादी तक नही पहुँचने दे रही है । राष्ट्र राज्य के संसाधनो को हड़प कर रही है। सुशासन की अवधारणा को सफल बनाने हेतु नौकरशाही रूपी बादवानी घोड़े पर सवारी गाँठकर उसे अपने नियँत्रँण से चलाना सीखना होगा तभी हम सफलता प्राप्त कर सकते है । हमे आधुनिक कानूनो,संवैधानिक प्रावधानो और तकनीकी ईजादो से इसका उन्मूलन करना चाहिये । देश मे नेतृत्व की नवीन पीढ़ी पर यह जिम्मेवारी है कि वे जनता के प्रति कही् अधिक

Seek inspiration from Dubbawalas of Mumbai and first try to come with manual process and then try to make it electronic. As per my observation all monetary transaction should be made electronic first, and don't create administrative jobs which was in the past.Automate if volume is high and cannot be handled by single personnel.Ensure you employ less people give them more pay and get more out done out of them, the result will lead to obvious outcome of going profitable.

Ask people to go around the constituencies and come up with strategy to utilize resources better along with retaining existing jobs and creating new jobs with better turnover in terms of revenue for all business players with small swifts with minimum impact done in a voluntary manner. This will help them understand the needs of other individuals better.

Proper delegation of work,being held responsible, understanding the scope,applying scientifically obvious approximations if coming up with a plan for best case, and anticipating change are all factors that can lead to more confidence in individuals to handle and perform as better administrators along with a keen sense of empathy.
