The education system should promote this quality. We should focus on practical learning rather than mugging up from text books and writing everything in exams. That just improves the memory skills of a student, that too temporarily. He/she will not remember most of what they have mugged up after exams are over.
sir, first of all I want to congratulate you on our Rafel deal. Our goal is to create leadership quality among the children but a this can be done only when the child felt himself that he can be a leader. But is this possible that ,after creating such differences between different catagories a child can think himself as a leader among all.he always going to think that certain catagory got special care in every sector than others. So he/she will feel good(if benefited) or bad(if not benefited).
our nation needs practical knowledge not tractical .leadership quality will be develop only by practical knowledge
leader it is not developing quality. steanth ,thought , taking diseasen, handele the situation are not teached by by other. when a small baby falldown it handle by themself. like that youth had the skill but they not express it. beacouse so many reasons fear, hessitaion, gilttiness....ets we work on removing that reasons
I am doctor and founder trustee of Dr.Hedgewar Hospital of Aurangabad, Maharashtra. I am working young medical undergraduate students since last more than 18 years. I have organised many exposure visits to tribal areas, arranged interactive sessions with role models. After 12 years of association with post graduate doctors they started service project named Shri Guruji Hospital in Nashik. I interested in expanding this work in all colleges of Maharashtra. The movement is named as SEVANKUR.
nojwano ko industry line me aisa leader chaiye jo real industrilist ho jiske dil me industry ka jajba ho jo chata he ki har chote se chhote tabke ko uske yogtanusar use karya mile jyda se jyda laggu udhoyg panpe aur jo desh ki aartvyasta ke liye ried ki haddi sabit ho aur agar sarkar sahyog de to hamara vada he ki hum ise kar ke dika sakte he

Thanks!!
1. Make NCC training mandatory for all school children, not military service
2. Include certified social work (under NGOs or others) under work experience for jobs
3. Teach more civics and practical irreligious ethics at school and college levels (like EVS)
4. Not everyone can lead; most must follow. Inculcate this side of leadership as well - a good leader is a good follower too
