1. To get benefit from any policy, education is not required till now. But qualification should be there for any policy for youth. 2. A teacher must be very much interactive with children. Survey and motivation from teachers only to people in slum and rural areas.

Do we have a concrete educational system in place, is it attractive enough? lets first review our own areas before asking them to join us. Community participation and local community managed schools may be a alternative where in primary education till 5th Std may be sports and any subject of students choice. Lets ask the children to come to school for playing may be for 2 hrs not necessarily for 8 hrs. Teach with games n grp activities make a fun school rather than monstrous teachers school.

i think there is lots of school in all the area in india where govt is providing free education, dresses, books and food also but many child s are not able to go school due to their family problem. so we should open some NGO to aware them about eduction and teach them in their colony or near by HOME also with some incentive schme for children because poor children priorty is to earn money not edcution so we have to motivate them through incentive by gov.
