The local community representatives need to be involved in school administration. Government needs to open primary schools within localities inhabited by poor. The primary schools may operate in two shifts of say 4 hrs each. The school must have play ground and games should be made part of curriculum.Besides Primary school, each such locality should have creche/day care center for younger kids.Priority needs to be accorded to Primary education and vocational training

It is our prime responsibility to spread quality education among our youth, for this we have to strengthen our education system. It is very easy process, as our Government school are the part of social welfare system of our govt. policies, let us make these more effective for providing better education. It will require a strong will of the respective government. Rest is for next time.........

There are hundreds of colleges in major cities but internal situations are very bad.Teachers are not very capable to handle these youth and many colleges not conduct regular classes also so the attendance is very poor in the college so how the energy will develop in the youth.Serious matter is that India need quality of colleges not the quantity,so please be serious on this matter while issuing License for college.

The concept of obliging people by donating teachers job should be abolished. If a teacher is inadequately qualified to teach at par with urban standard, our vision of improving education and generating talents would be a distant reality.

Govt. can think of giving some recognition to students studying 10+ standard if they visit a village after forming a group of 5 or more students and spend at least 15 days their facilitating education to children of schools in that village. these students should be given a fixed travelling (based on km travelled) and fooding expenses. this way we can start developing interaction with villagers, children and teachers their. even the teacher would have an opportunity to learn from urban students.

This is very easy. This can be made easy by two things: 1)Motivation:We need to motivate these youth for at least going to schools, motivate them to study. How?This is infact difficult. For this we have to understand why these students enjoy playing,or earning from petty jobs and why not studies..They want money as it can give choclate, biscuits ,even fill empty stomach etc.Are the studies providing them these luxury?not at all.so solution is"vocational + language studies" Second is good school

We need to exploit the religo-educative connection in our society. If sincerely approached through religious institutions, Temples, Gurdwaras, Masjids and churches it may be possible to enhance the reach of education to marginalised youth through selfless volunteer teachers/ trainers. Only keep it free from undue influence and financial burden. There will always be sufficient money to keep such noble activity CLEAN in fact!

Literacy, being the key for economic development, requires grave attention especially among the marginalized youth. The quality of education must be improved from the root level. Instead of going for the vague theories, much needed practical knowledge must be embedded. Students must be inculcated with good moral values. Its not about where we study but its about what we learn and where we implement it.
