Through digitilization latest education systems to be brought to the root levels, i.e. all the villages should be given that facility, atleast night schools should be run on this digitalization system. So every one should be treated equally encouraged, motivated towards vidya schemes. To attract convenient timings should be brought into practice.

First of all we need to train the teachers. If we have more teachers to teach students more students will get educated. Education should not just be limited to four corners of a classroom. In remote and far off villages, where there may not be any schools, an initiative should be started where they gather the children, youth and old together everyday and provide them classes where they are taught to learn and write.

Remove the system of pass and fail. Whatever is the system to assess students, be it marks or grades, there should be no compromise on the valuation procedure. Raising the pass percentage is not a right measure. Some students may be good in science and others in languages. When a student tries to make progress in subjects in which he is weak, the other subjects suffer, resulting in overall poor performance. The doors further studies should not be shut up, allow them to study in bright subjects.

The education system of India is 0 on ground level to improve literacy firstly teachers need motivation proper teaching skill and a good plan with some target. The role of gov should be to set target , provide resources and monitor goal achievement .This is not enough the person who are involved in this should take responsibility to achieve goal and if the goal is not achieved action should be taken against them as it is a matter of nation development so no space for irresponsible persons.

Smartphones have becoming readily accessible to youth across the country. Many institutions like NPTEL, CBSE and MIT Open courseware are allowing educational course content online for free. It would be great if the government could make access to these websites for free. It would encourage marginalised to study and acquire a job-ready skilled set. #YouthDevelopment, #Education
