Sir there are many students out there who possess creativity and artistic skills or other skills which can be identified and training for the same can be given to develop the child in that particular field Also instead of learning all the subjects the child is not interested in, the child should get to select subjects that interesthim or her at least from grade 8

Dear sir #Instead of having theoretical exams for a greater portion, practical exams can be introduced.... this will not only reduce the burden on students but also will give them practical knowledge #many schools in rural and backward regions do not function due to either less student or teacher turnovers... so you have to take necessary steps for efficient utilisation of those resources

Respected Sir, Education for them should be primary one in any school, but once they enter into higher secondary they should be asked their fields of interest and then should be sorted out and those needy students should be send into that particular training school. This will off course stop the wastage of money as well as time.Students will get thorough knowledge of their own field and can opt it as their profession.

getting shoulders with the changing times, we can use technology to improve the quality and also participation for the healthy activity. Having the video learning activities as well provision of physical activities like sports(indoor and outdoor) can increase thee interest. reward for class participation and also provision of field learning rather than getting cent percent dependent on bookish knowledge can be absorbed into the structure.

Experience based education must be recognised by issuing certificates to them who r working in organised or unorganised areas like a person is working in a chemist for 10-20 years as sales man should be certified as a pharmacist on the basis of his experience. A Diploma hoder pharmacist with 2 years of theory knowledge can run his own chemist shop why a literate person having 10-20 years experience in the same field can not run his own chemist shop. Please do something for these people
