Nowadays maximum mobile/cell phones are having biometrics sensor/cameras. hence it is now simple to implement the biometric password (face recognition/finger print scan/speech samples) connectivity for financial/banking services and connect the same with the Aadhaar card/passport biometric database for verification of the customer. The customer is allowed to do transaction during short span of time otherwise he/she has to connect again through biometrics for perfectly secure transactions.

I had been seeing for last 30 yrs so many voluntary disclosure schemes being launched they have in the long run helped to increase black money rather than decreasing them in fact i would suggest that the governemnt must take suggestion on curbing black money. i have worked with state government and private sector if i am given an opportunity i would really be able to give law makers some ideas to be creative and reduce balck money to a great extent and may be fuehter study could atleast reduce

When a new company is formed promoters have to pay stamp duty on shares . the rate of stamp duty should be increased in some proportion or equal to land price circle rates .This will reduce the subjectivity and chance of corruption of asking money by concerned authority. and it it will be registered in auto approval route. This is for ease of doing business.Regards

1)Ussd apps should be in different languages, it will increase the user base
2)ussd technique which can be applied on phones with no app based os, only text based system should be developed
3)proper guidelines in banks should be made to publicise the system so that people can use it.
4)may be small screens giving vital information how to use ussd can be fixed under public banks.
5) see the video, these type of apps will benefit.
