Dear Modiji We have huge network of railways and huge no of railway stations across India why we not use it for advertisement?????? If we succeed in doing so we cn do wonders In profits of Railways. On central level we should do e auction like coal blocks for our trains nd railway stations advertisements.

LED LIGHTSl The train coaches and railway platforms should have LED lighting system. This will save a lot of power and energy.

AIRCONDITIONING: The railways need to adopt newer technology for airconditioning. Learn from Delhi Metro, DMRC, which have modern technology airconditioning in their coaches. Why should ther be huge generator which consumes huge amount of power or diesel and makes unbearable noise. Emissions from aircnditioning is a major area of concern. Work on technology and not on running new trains.

Can we have smart cards for frequent travellers? Simply log in with your card number and make payment. No long procedure to book ticket and no middlemen.

About tatkal reservation nowdays we are facing a serious problem when tatkal opens at 10am everyday , when the site becomes unreachable and a message is displayed "This site is unreachable". This is a regular problem i m facing . I encounter it one or other day . And the site becomes reachable at 10:05am after all tatkal seats have gone and it shows waiting . It is a serious matter now we cannot book a single ticket in tatkal while till last year i used to book almost every ticket in tatkal only

The biggest drawback of online ticketing during rush season is bank links. My suggestion is each individual ID should be given the option to park money in the irctc account (prepaid). So that with one click after filling the info, the payment can be made. This will drastically reduce the time taken to book the ticket. Also complete detail should be auto fill (including aadhar details etc) if the list is selected from the master list and master list should be visible in the panel to select name

1.About Tatkal. Now days, IRCTC has come with new issue. During tatkal time,quite freq, we will be getting message saying that "Couldn't connect to site",while checking the availabiliy in Tatkal 2.People get PRS WL tickets and travel in Reserved coaches.Railway should strictly implement feature that, WL ticket will not be given from PRS counter.People should take it via Online, if they think that it will get confirm 3.WL Tatkal ticket should not be booked, auto refund should happen if WL tkt

Ticketing System for Tatkal reservation is corrupt till now and I tried many times with most preferable conditions but I didn't succeed to get. Either any error message pop up or locked till the ticket available. A lot of agents are active to control irctc loging during 10:00 to 10:20 hrs. Due to provisioning of ticket booking before 120 days, dependance on tatkal ticket increases.
