Worst ticketing system. Not able to book tatkal tickets online. In last 4 weeks, I tried to book tatkal tickets online. As soon as link available for tatkal booking and you clicks the link then you will get error - Site is not reachable. Within a second it will show the regret. What type of system is this where we can not even book a ticket, while all the ministers are enjoying free travel.

Sir why you are not able to completely ban on local dlal and agents who sold confirmed tickets at last minutes before starting the trains. Even in running trains with the help of government officials. For instance at howra station there is rush on the bank of river at boats point. Dlals sold tickets at double triple rates.there are so many agents on every station. Why gov have no interest to control all this.thanks a lot if I see actions on ground. Jai hind

The rules of TDR cancellation system are useless. It states that if one ticket out n numbers of ticket booked from same I'd is confirmed and if rest are in waiting then there will be no refund if TDR is not filed within 2 hours. But I say how to file a TDR in a train where there is no WiFi and also no signal for mobiles in a moving train. And why no refund for unconfirmed tickets even if we don't file TDR. THIS IS WRONG. Give our refunds for unconfirmed tickets. This rule is a straight LOOT.

In case of Tatkal Reservations of more than 1 passenger, and in a scenario where of the 2 tickets booked , only one seat gets confirmed, due to which only one passenger can travel, since the other passenger doenst have a ticket, in such a case i need to obtain a No travel certificate from TTR, but TTR says there is no such format with him even the station manager at Chennai confirmed it, then shouldnt the ticket cost collected be refunded back to passenger since he has not travelled

Hi, Can anyone tell me how does IRCTC system works. Today morning my friend & I booked 2 ticket for same destination, same train, same date. The first ticket was booked by me(for 6 passengers), I got a waiting list ticket. And when my friend booked after me, She got a confirmed ticket. Can IRCTC eplain how this can happen? I can provide both the tickets details on request.

Hello. Sir you have done very good this year.I will talk on cancer patients those are getting concessions in railway. We all are proud that you are helping cancer patients in such a bad time when they are fighting for their life. But its time to take a step forward for them, sir do something that they don't need to stand in long Que for reservation under quota, provide them a unique id on irctc so that they can book their tickets for their follow up checkup. A one step For DIGITAL INDIA. Thanku

sir, our railways 2 tracks only for travel since independence.more population. less trains.so privatise railways without late. trains stops before reaching stations for signaling for 10 to 30 minutes, but stops only 2 minutes in stations. due to more crowd accidents.missing of trains.and ticketing many TTs are collecting money those who travels day time in reserved bhogies and sharing with squad also.so create a special ticket to travel in reserved bhogie in day time.its profittoo
