#trackingprogress#nearesttoilet #nearestdustbin As a part of the mission, every bathroom and every dustbin should be taggged on GPS. Also it should have a chip saying functional or dysfunctional Advantages: 1) government can track how many bathrooms and dustbins are in place and are functional 2) a beat map can be made of collecting garbage or cleaning toilets in a systematic fashion ensuring coverage 3) any person who opens Google can see nearest toilet ensuring cleanlines

A set of mobile toilets mounted on 20' trailors should be parked in areas where open defecation is the norm. Each trailor needs just a power and water connection, no civil works, no need to acquire property etc. A sewage tanker can suck out the waste every day and take it to the sewage treatment plant. This is the fastest way to stop open defecation.

The Cleanliness drive should start from micro level and should be self sustaining. Every housing society, hotel, slaughter house, farms, Panchayats and Municipalities should install and operate their own recycling plant which will recycle the waste and generate bio gas, fertilizer and water which will generate enough income for it operation and maintenance. One time investment is required.
