For cities: 1. Green boundary for eg. whole of railway boundary to be marked and planted by trees. similarly for Road network. 2.All Industry to recyle there produce as a norm. These Recycling units can be set up in state capital areas increasing employment.Recycle should be your big Mantra. When steel , iron, plasctic manufactures recycle there produce in some way the mining will be limited helping the mineral base and longevity of the ores. And keeping things clean.

Rest of the village can be a farm land. If every village has basic need a doctor clinics, small market a school why on earth will they leave there farmland and come to cities. Again waste has to recycled at the village level itself.

Like smart cities we should have a ideal prototype for modern villages. And Each and every village should be remade with all basic amenities. For the rest of your 4 year term. As the coporate and Political parties to adopt and actually contribute in nation building as a CSR project and not throw the money with no tangible results. And just look how the whole of india would vote you back in power again.Labour can be villagers themselves.

TOtal city waste should be recycled. 2. Slumbs in the cities is a big challenge. Now if we want labour available for our odd jobs. And they would need a place to stay. All socities should have one room house available for this labour.Labour housing has to be part of the city and not outside. If you keep them out they will again have illegal houses. For every 1000 households there should be a housing colony for labour near by with all basic facilities. These can be maintained/ rented out by RWA

We need to learn and understand how does mother nature keep its self clean and follow her. waste of one it the nutrient of other approach. There should be a bifurcation as far as total Indian land is concerned, for example there should be limit to land under urbanisation, industry, villages, and rest green.Govt should not allow land to be sold, Max greenery say upto 70% of total Indian land. 1. Smart city project should be waste free.

people find no place to dispose their wastes so they dump them in open. I think that the current government should take a page from the great sher shah suri who was a pioneer of administration before Akbar the great.the govt should replicate a modern version of the caravansarais, or roadside, resting rooms, with integrated clean toilets. admission will be free or minimally charged.it will save people from heatwave, and proper toilets, sanitation at some distance, will ensure, swacch bharat.

Local governing bodies should be strict about the cleanliness. Only local bodies can control and maintain the hygiene level of surrounding area.

One of the main reasons for garbage pile up is thin plastic covers and plastic water bottles. Plastics could be crushed in machine and moldered to form large half tube may be used in laying of Cable optic fibre wherein cement mold is being used. it will reduce use of cement and reduce garbage problem of plastics.

One of the main reasons for garbage pile up is thin plastic covers and plastic water bottles. In almost all tourist attractions in India, we see plastic covers and bottles thrown all over the place. If the Government bans plastic wastes and encourage people to carry their own bags, it will definitely reduce at least 30% of garbage. Unless Government takes steps to ban plastic covers, I feel it is going to be a very difficult task to achieve Swachh Bharat.
