"swach bharat abhiyaan" can get success only after a enterprise level infrastructure creation for solid and liquid waste disposing or treatment plants, unless that is created the waste is shifting from one to other place only.

Mobilise senior citizen for this . Every Panchayat or Municipality should form a forum of senior citizen who will suggest--monitor implementation and control the continuity of the operation. This group also should be empowered from MP/MLA fund but should be accountable to dist collector level person. Yearly reward system should be there for best Panchayat or best committe in a city.

Cleanliness is always part of our Hinduism. As we see our women in villages, as soon as they woke up first duty is clean premises. The problem has arrived dirtiness is mainly due to industrialized and urban society, where people do depend on others for their cleanliness. Now Swatch Bharath 90% is useful in Urban areas only. In Rural culture there was no Toilet attached Bathroom culture, as we have been Agrarian economy, most of the time on the field job. Propagation for Toilet use is must.
