"Clean Police Green Govt." formula has to b implemented as die-heart project. A fear psychosis has to be created for corporations/ municipalities/panchayat & among d general mass tat wil surely work to clean India. People must b in fear 24x7 tat police wil rush for spot fine and punishment if areas r dirty. 'Clean India Vigilence' has to b formed & have to work. Through d acquired penalty govt will have money to run this project. Bank/ post office tax free investment policies shud b implemented.

Ignorance: I always notice tat .....1) males urinate on roads, 2) spitting is common ignorance, 3) roadside stalls & eateries never keep bins, 4) garbages from houses, cars, buses, taxis, two wheelers r dumped or strewn here& there, 5) corporations /municipalities do not function regularly, methodically, 6) people's moral values & ethics r subversive. Under this kind of non-cooperation govt. machinery has b alert, stern & active to clean India. Spot Punishment for negligence must b implemented

Now the people are aware of need for clenliness, What is lacking is the infrastructure for implementing the drive. e.g, the provision of urinals, wastebins in urban places, Waste treatment plants in housing colonies/layouts, process of recylcing of computer peri pherals/plastic materials etc. I find the efforts so far in the above direction is not sufficient and people are forced to use public places for urinating, littering, throwing the waste

Swachch Bharat Abhyan focuses on a clean nation but it must extend its approach to a safe environment. The high amount of pollutants in the country's air is the latest concerning issue. How can we call swachch Bharat abhyan a great success when we don't get fresh air to breath. I request the government to look upon the issue of air safety. As a concerned citizen of India I would suggest strong emphasis on the usage of public transport and following the practice of car pooling.

There is an initiative in the USA of "adopting "a stretch of highway by student volunteers. These volunteers clean plastic every saturday, plant saplings, repair or inform about damaged signages etc.i think this is an idea worth implementing in India, modifying it if required to suit India"s requirements.I hope some policy maker gives adequate attention to this suggestion.
