I sincerely ask the Govt (Mr Modi) not to waste money for swatch Bharath. Again it's my humble request eradicate corruption we can save money time and energy. Removal of all types of taxes. Only transaction charges to be implemented. Abolish currency notes 500 and above. No cash transaction above 25,000/- in a month. Banking facilities to smallest village and provide employment to that village people. Technology to all villages. Provision of free schooling to every child till 10th.

Govt Should ask local bodies to do their work for salary which they are taking. If Govt eradicate corruption citizens as well as govt employees will feel their responsibilities and do lawful things. For example if one peon (Chaprasi) is not doing is duty correctly, the officer doesn't have guts to take action against him, because he simply raise alarm that officer harassing him. The union and higher officers support the peon not the complained officer this trend will change when no corruption

The govt. have to divided major n medium cities into different blocks and each block should be handed over to group of people to conduct swachh bharat. Hyderabad is divided into 400 blocks by the state govt in telangana and each block is headed by gourner to local leader. i think central govt can take a look of this process and if they feel it is good practice, it can be implemented in all cities all over the country

If we do have gobar gas plant fitted to a public toilet, we may have one of the highest green energy production of the world. Public esp. Rural ones can b paid, a fixed amount by gov., to pass their toilets at preferred location... Sap bhi mar Jaye aur Lathi bhi Na tute...:))) Public does toilet at desired location, Green energy production moreover people mint money... Hahahaha... Win win situation... Gov. To ponder upon this...

In India, we need to create methods to handle Garbage different from the west as we need to cater to 1.3 billion population. A couple of suggestions are: 1. Start a Garbage Management University. 2. In Urban areas, Convert the Commercial complexes that are over 15 years old to Garbage segregation centres. When farmers could give land for development, these commercial complexes and malls must also contribute, especially when there are no place in Metros for Garbage processing.

Waste management should be implemented similar to Germany. Separate bins for paper, recyclable waste and for unrecyclable waste.
