All Street Vendors whether being allocated places in Vending zone be made to have separate dustbins for organic and other wastes, the wastes be collected at source by Municipal corporations. It shall also be followed for households too. Provision to be made for imposing fines for littering or non adherence. Dustbins placed at the sectors to have separate chambers for organic and other wastes to reduce the cost of recycling as well as generate an opportunity to convert organic waste into energy.

I would like to suggest a dust bin at ever 100 meter and most importantly a big closed garbage can which is to be cleaned twice weekly in every locality at 500 m especially in bus stand areas where lots of small hotels prevail.I still see people throwing their household garbage in open. But they are not to be blamed for this.Muncipality don't collect garbage from houses on daily basis, nor have a common garbage pit in the locality. Please consider my idea,it will add force to the holy cause. Thanks

Toilets creation in Govt. Schools : Sir, you mentioned that almost 100% toilets are created in all the Govt. schools and now each school has a separate toilet for girls and boys. Sir, the grim reality is that most of these school toilets are kept locked, perhaps due to the lack of cleanliness and maintenance. These are opened only for the school inspection which happens perhaps once in a year and then locked again. So, situation still needs more attention.

A very good initiative by GOvt. of India. but, swatch bharat needs implementation from the grass roots of rural areas to the so called educated persons in the urban areas who litter and throw the waste here and there. there should be PROPER DUSTBINS FOR EVERY STREET AND IN ESPECIALLY PUBLIC PLACES LIKE PARKS,ETC..DRINAGE SYSTEM SHOULD BE EFFECTIVE FROM UNDERGROUND. If required, citizens should be fined for spoiling the cleanliness on roads and pissing roadside.

why we litter??? because we find it easier to just throw away the trash than to carry it for 1 km to throw it.....there must be a dustbin every 100-200 m .... haven't seen a new dustbin installed in my area since the launch of swachh bharat mission....

Dear Mr.PM, attempt of making public toilets in rural as well as urban areas should be made with enough manpower to keep the toilets clean in radius of fifty meters. The number of toilets available in the compound should be proportional to the no. of people targeted with one toilet per twenty people, to be located such that it is spread throughout the slums. Unemployed slum population can be hired for cleanliness. bio compost system should be available to tackle the waste.

Dear Mr Pm, I think there should be an announcement of lump some amount of money for every state as prize to keep their state clean. This will make people work hard to keep their state clean and even in rural area. The prize money would go to the goverment. Just like we had the top 10 clean cities in India, we should have same cleanliness competition every year.

Firstly it is important for the civic authorities to arrive on a consensus that needs to work at keeping the city clean. Secondly, provide it with enough manpower and tools to collect and dispose the grabge. Which also includes installation of a garbage bin in radius of 50 meters. Formation of compost pits is a viable option currently. Or setting up a waste processing plant outside the city to segregate and put the waste to use. Wet waste for biogas. While plastics for electricty like Sweden.

Every house / flat can have Anarobic bio digester to generate gas and slurry full of NPK is used for plants. Grey water is used for plants and is not mixed with sewage. Plastics are given to recycling people. Govt need not do underground drainage system as water can not treat sewage but Anaerobic bacteria and Actyzyme bacteria can.
