Priminister Sir, Amendment Required under Jawaharlal nehru solar mission.The criteria for minimum eligibility is 5 mw and net worth criteria of 3 crore/mw.So basicly only big companies can benefit from the scheme and not small companies.If the minimum criteria is reduced to 1 mw small companies like our can contribute a lot to the green mission.Cant we have policy for setting up 1 mw plants which can produce 18 lakhs units / per year.Hope U will find some way out. If one million rich Indians build 100 toilets each, we will have enough toilets for every village, town and slum. People won't be defacating in the open any more. Mr. Modi. Sir, I want to draw your attention towards a place called Jutogh Cantt in Shimla district of Himachal Pradesh. The place needs a lot of changes in the administrative system of the Cantonment board and the army. This place lacks development and it feels like we the civilians living here are like slaves of the army and the cantt board. You cannot park cars freely, you cannot construct any building, freeholding of your own property is a very complicated and long process, etc.
