The academic and research level input of Nano Technology should be broken down and simplified and developed to the level of degree courses (Science/Technology) and finally to the level of skilled job. The chain should be complete from R&D to Skill in Nano Technology, the various level of value chain should work in close co-ordination with each other, and new ideas/products should be tested and encouraged.
