If we realy want to clean our country ;we will have to remove corruption. For it first of all we should search honest persons among those working person.second there should be a very clear guidline about the work that is to be done.now in rural areas some places for garbage are also necessary&people should encourage about it.in our villages there are SAFAI KARMI. They are not working good. They should be used in two ways .first in working second in traing people.next a very tight audit

It is observed that corruption in India is on very large scale and most of these money has been invested in real estate. Here suggestion is "Common law has to be designed as no one citizen can own more than 2 property (area must be decide). This rule can reduce corruption in India, it can make dream of every Indian to having own house, prices of real estate can be controlled, Govt. will have more revenue by all citizen has to invest in Govt. bond/ Bank/ PO.

Union government should do away with British legacy of having April-March as financial year by making calendar-year as financial-year to be in tune with most other countries of the world apart from getting multiple other advantages as recommended in expert LK Jha committee-report presently gathering dust in government-records. There is no use of setting such committees set up at high costs if their recommendations are not implemented

There should be a permanent ‘voluntary-disclosure-scheme’ providing to undisclosed incomes including in cash to be declared in Income Tax returns. It will result in detection of tax-evaders especially in property-deals when Income Tax Department will be in a position to catch those purchasing properties with ‘black’ money because Income Tax Department will get an automatic clue from Income Tax returns declaring ‘black’ money in their Income Tax returns under ‘Income from undisclosed sources'

Often-misused exemptions like on charity and donation or for making contributions to political parties and NGOs should be abolished. Tax-payment is a contribution for development of nation and welfare of society which in no way less than charity! Union government should make detailed study on exemptions allowable under Income Tax Act, and retain bare minimum like for savings, interest on home-loans, insurance-policies and other such aspects which are for benefit of tax-payers themselves

In case NOTA gets highest number of votes polled, then election in that particular constituency should be cancelled but with provisions (a) all the candidates having lost to NOTA may be debarred from contesting any election for any legislative body or civic authority for next six years (b) NOTA-button on Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) may be disabled for re-election caused because of NOTA getting highest votes polled to avoid chain

Any minister in a state should automatically lose his/her ministerial portfolio and membership of legislature on even filing nomination for any of the House of Parliament. Likewise a Parliamentarian being appointed a minister (or Chief Minister) should automatically lose his/her membership of Parliament on taking oath as a minister (or Chief Minister) in a state. A controversial vote of the then Orissa Chief Minister Girdhar Gomango pulled down Atal Bihari Vajpayee government by his single vote

In TV show ‘Comedy Nights with Kapil’ humours are pointed by Kapil Sharma towards ‘choti’ (topknot) of a character especially introduced for the purpose in the show. ‘Choti’ (topknot) is still a tradition amongst many Hindus even though it was a usual feature in ancient days. Rather priests (Brahmin community) amongst Hindus keep ‘Choti’ (topknot) on their heads as a religious tradition. Union government should ensure no future repeat of hurting of religious sentiments of any community.

There is a huge demand for housing but our real estate sector is unable to fulfill it. Due to lack of trust buyers are not ready to go ahead despite discounts and offers.People not getting their homes even after a delay of four to five years is now common. There is a need to regulate this sector on priority. First step for building trust is that any real estate developer should complete at least 50% of project before booking house/apartment.
