India's population is approx 131 Crore and assuming family size of 5, India needs roughly 35-40 Crore jobs. Govt policy should control digitization and automation by keeping in mind the jobs required. Automation will require few high skilled resources but will leave semi skilled and unskilled individuals jobless. The west needs automation because they don't have workforce but we have the largest workforce and we have to create employment.

We have seen that lakhs of workers have filed case in courts against illegal termination or any other reasons. Most of them filed affidavits that they are unemployed and demanded for back wages but they are still employed. Most of cases are filed for back wages rather than employment. There should be a mechanism to track any employee whether he is working in any organisation / self employed or not.
If it is proved in court that the employee is employed somewhere, most of cases will be solved

WORKING FEMALES & SMALL KIDS
There must b a facility for small children of working females. In govt. Sec. Thr is 33% female recruitment policy bt when comes to their small kids there is no strict policy nt even in pvt. Sector. Due to this mostly women have to leave career for kids safety nd development. Its necessary that females must b given CRECHE FACILITY With FULL AMENITIES in every org. so that they can manage career with stress free minds.
Compulsory policy fr hiring women

New Industrial Policy will subsume the National Manufacturing Policy. The DIPP has proposed that the new Industrial Policy will aim at making India a manufacturing hub by promoting ‘Make in India’. The Policy aims to incorporate the use of modern smart technologies such as Internet of Things (IOT), artificial intelligence and robotics for advanced manufacturing.Union leaders usually blackmail industries by work stoppage or work hamper. In such case management has to carry a burden of a culprit

As a 23 year old civil engineer, I strongly feel that services of startup india movement should be further extended to civil field for innovation and enhancement in infrastructure and construction industry. This will strongly boost the smart city concept coming up and further take Indian infrastructure to another level.Since,Infrastructure forms the face of a country and is a healthy contributor of GDP and has enormous potential for employment too.#DIPP #MyGov

there should be clear cut directions for the industries regarding the air & water pollution regulations. the government officials are taking bribe from the factories by searching the loopholes in the previous policies. please specify the clear regulations for the textile dyeing units, as there are many loop holes in the regulations especially in the water pollution.
