Despite big industries for small scale industries cluster of small units should prepared by government in selected districts. Under this cluster basic infrastructure shall be available including banks/ branches for funds. Small entrepreneur has come and execute activities and pay for rent, power and interest on borrowed funds.
Centralised activities are necessary for small manufacturing units to support their vision. It is more effective form decentralised activity.

I think we need to start our own industries for aircraft's, helicopters and drones as well.
In AIR DEFENCE we are somewhere lagging behind we should improve it as well.
According to me each city should have have a single helicopter to make every city as smart city.
By developing aeronautical industries India will achieve a great success and industrial development as well.
If you all think so please support for it.
Thank you .

New Industrial Policy should be like providing new business policies for entrepreneurship. Moreover the GDP growth can increase if we adopt the foreign policy of industrial system. Dear Modi Ji, first we want to develop such infra so that Foreign Industrial Policies may meet us and make INDIA's GDP + FDD one level up

> 100% FDI companies or companies registered out of country but doing business in India must public their Balance Sheets for the business done in India.
> Foreign companies should spend at least 5% of annual profit on CSR activities.
> MNCs should exchange employees / give employment from India to their Home Country.
> MNCs must train / skill up Indian employees in their countries giving them good exposure.

Dear PM Sir: Industrialist purchase large amount of Land acquired for Industry. But uses only a small portion of it. The spare fertile land remains unused for years making loss to country GDP. If study is made you will find Lacs of acres of land lying unused by Industries. Govt should look into & compensation should be made from Companies for loss to the nation.

An Industrialist's view point:
* Industrial areas must get voting rights for owners and only elected officers should be in charge. Most industrial areas are in a mess.
* Easier labour laws must include easy termination of an employee with proper compensation and notice period.
* More over time hours need to be allowed (approx 160 hours per month) as many workers want so. But 100% extra amount on over time not viable for owners. It should be at standard rate.
* Electricity must be guaranteed
