My Suggestion
As we all know that despite several efforts we cannot stop corruption because our taxation system automatically generate Black money. For this
Government should re-think to issue bearer Card like Credit card or debit card with denomination of Rs 5000 or else.
Now Benefits:
1. this will save currency printing expenses.
2. This will reduce use of fack currency in the market.
3. Easy to travel with certain amount.
4. Even from the black money Government will get GST on every transaction done from that bearer Card.
5. use is very easy and even from this we can avoid any theft and many more.
6. Easy for Transaction like small friendship loan etc.
Working :
This will work same as debit card but not identified and can be use by the person who have this card and PIN of that card. Bank on demand just deposite the cash and issue Bearer Card with PIN. same can be change through any ATM. after change of PIN same is now yours.
Government should think.

From Last Many Years as we see in our country every body avoiding to deposit Income Tax and behind this thoughts are that what we received against we paid. Regardless, My suggestion to start with a revolution first Government should prepare separate slab of Income Tax for the Government Employees.
Whether Government has made analysis a honest Government Employee can have his own house in his service tenure or not. It is a question to the Government that why Govt. employees are accepting bribe. Government should search deeply for the reasons.
If Government reduces the Income Tax slab for the Government employee then they will get more benefits and also can save certain amount for their and their livelyhoods. Otherwise as we see around 40% of the total income went into Taxes under Different heads.
My Suggestion that Atleast Every Govt. Employee should get the benefits for their honesty as they are the only person who paid the Income Tax honestly by reduing tax slab for Govt. emp.

The bill will likely undergo a period of public consultation where businesses, experts, and citizens can submit feedback, followed by debates and revisions in the legislature before it becomes law.

The overall economic impact could be positive if the bill succeeds in increasing compliance and expanding the tax base without stifling business activity.

The new draft bill likely aims to modernize the excise framework to align with contemporary economic conditions, simplify the tax structure, enhance compliance, and integrate with digital infrastructure like the GST network to streamline processes.

The Central Excise Act has evolved over the years to accommodate changing economic landscapes and policy objectives. Originally designed to fund wartime expenses, it has been adapted to support infrastructure development, social programs, and economic reforms in peacetime.

Central Excise tax is a type of indirect tax levied on goods manufactured within a country. This tax is applied at the time of manufacture, rather than at sale, and is usually passed on to the consumer, making it a part of the retail price. Excise taxes are primarily used to raise government revenues and to discourage the consumption of certain products.
