Lot of women employees are leaving IT industry after marriage to take care of the kids. Can we have day cares \ pay school started near the vicinity of IT parks \ offices under MGNREGA. It can set up with the partnership of the IT companies itself. This can provide a more dignified job for people under the scheme rather than digging and dredging.

It is true that large amount of money spent on MGNREGA is wasted as there is no asset is created or any credible purpose is served.My suggestions are only to improve the system.Monitoring is most important.If the monitoring system fails in an elected democracy,it is the duty of the voters to rectify that.

We are very much interested to make solar E- Rickshaw , so at present we are purchasing kit and fabricating and assembling it to make the E- Rickshaw .
