As our friends already shared their brilliant and innovative 💡 ideas , i would llke to add on some points to keep our beaches clean after the cleanliness drive.
1) Make dustbins 🗑 available in beaches - if there are lack of dustbins at beaches, people might throw their trashdown on beach.
2) Encourage recycling ♻️ industries in and around majour cities with beaches, as they might collect the trash and can recycle them.
3) Strict rules and Fines 🛑 must be imposed on the ones who throw their trash down at beaches.
4) Encourage and praise 👏🏻 those companies that volunteerly conducts cleanliness drives like what japan govt is doing and rank them based on number of drives conducted.
5) Place medium sized hoardings with cleanilness quotes on them in both English and regional language, so when ever visitors see them, they might throw trash directly into the trash bin 🗑 instead of throwing here and there.

Keeping clean must be inborn and now we can only change the younger generation to make the awareness of keeping a clean public places. Its everyones duty to keep clean wherever we go and whatever we use it. Ex: Park, bus stand, railways, roads, worshipping places, rivers, ponds, seashore, markets, shopping areas, zoos, hill stations, public toilets and many mores. To clean the beaches and to keep it clean is in the hands of everyone who land theirs foot on the seashore. First thing is each and every stalls selling eateries must definitely have a dustbin near their stall and must have a notice board in as many places displaying to put the wastages into the dustbins. Municipalities or corporations must keep garbagges in every 15 feet with a notice board. Stall owners must make an awareness to spread the message of keeping the place clean. Government authorities may have an awareness booth, An auto recorded voice can warn and educate the public to keep it clean.

A strict law should be made to dispose of plastic bottles, bags or any plastic item at every beach in India.
Do not sell any food or drink on the beach.

Any awareness drive means raising alarm of caution. Firstly, continuous cleanliness from municipal, NGO's or private groups. Secondly, posters and tags for educating citizens. Thirdly, imposing fine if found negligent.

I think
Concerned beach authorities, charge cleanliness security( small amount) and issue a token🪙 to the tourists like to an individual or a family or to a group of friends....
And give them a paper or cloth carry bag 🎒 so that they must collect their waste into that....
When they exit, give back that token and put that bag in dustbin....and collect there cleanliness fee......

What to Do at Your Beach Cleanup
Stay Organized - After meeting up with everyone at the cleanup site, split up the area and have everyone break off into smaller groups to work together. Plan a place where full trash bags can go, so they aren’t scattered all over.
Remove Trash - Time to clean up! Use music to keep everyone motivated while you do your good deed for the environment.
Haul Trash - Don’t leave all that bagged up garbage there! Make sure you have a place to dump all of the trash safely. If there is the option to recycle, you could even separate trash and recycling to lessen the landfill load.
Celebrate - Before you go home, make sure to celebrate as a group. It feels good to do something like a beach cleanup and you all deserve to grab some food and pat yourselves on the back for your hard work.

Before Your Beach Cleanup
Pick a Beach - Start by doing a little research into beach areas that will need a little more help. This could be a busier beach with lots of traffic or one out of the way that people often forget is there, making it a hot spot for late-night group bonfires.
Plan a Time - The best time to do a beach cleanup is after a holiday or long weekend when loitering will be at its peak. Also, you may want to go first thing in the morning, before more visitors arrive, or you’ll be picking up around relaxing guests.
Schedule the Cleanup - Use a sign up to organize your group and make sure everyone knows where and when to meet.
Get Cash - Many beaches require a small fee to visit. You don’t want any participants to get caught off guard.

हर जगह पोस्टर लगा देने चाहिए beach पर - 1 किलो कचरे के बदले बर्गर मिलेगा या कुछ भी। इतनी जल्दी beach साफ हो जाएगा की पता भी नहीं लगेगा

All beaches are plastic free don't use plastic carry bag, water bottles near by beaches. and packaging item will be paper bag. Garbage bins should be placed at some distance.
