Every value added product through manufacturing, fabricating, assembling from manufactured components(not imported)including raw material must be consumed at rate much faster than the rate at which it is manufactured. The Government should therefore improve upon its own, large net work of gathering any and every product consumption data and making it available to the manufacturing industry free of cost where such products are required. Industry to industry requirement will thereby also grow.

let us link manufacturing with the development policies e.g. only 20% population in cities use cycles, cycling should be promoted in cities by making cycling based transport system. It will help cycle industry to revive. similarly, aluminium, plastic etc. toxic utensil industry should be replaced with earthenware. it will help petty manufacturers and the poor. a farmer should be given free Education and soft loans on agro-based industrial tech. to promote agro ind.

Do everything possible to protect the intellectuals, stop the brain drain, promote the local skill, promote inhouse research and development rather than depending on foreign investors and going around the world with a make in india program, make in india with available resources, small scale and medium scale industries are dying do some policy changes to protect them..

Presently there is a lot of disparity with the Income of Software Engineers and other people working in manufacturing resulted in people opting for more software related work and less manufacturing sector work.

Respected Narendra Modi ji,
According to my opinion direct employement can be created through various govt schemes such as Make in India and specially through Digital India program by recuriting people to spread the word to the upcoming young generation who are still studying in schools & colleges.
This can lead to a sustinable development of these programs.
In the field of manufacturing it is first required to implement indian technology & machine so that we don't need to hire foreigners.
