Logistics Division, Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, invites comments/suggestions on the Draft National Logistics Policy, from the stakeholders in the logistics sector and from the public, on various aspects of the policy. The draft policy document can be accessed on the official website of Department of Commerce (URL: www.commerce.gov.in).

Comments and suggestions may be sent electronically at email address draftloqpolicy@qmail.com, or in the comment box MyGov portal, latest by 19th February,2019 to the office of Logistics Division (preferably in .doc word format).

While giving suggestions the proponent may please give the references of tire pertinent paragraph(s) of the draft policy.

I mean cost for logistics shall be reduced by 25% to 30% over the period of next 5 to 8 years. This can be achieved by undertaking various measures like setting up of Multi Modal Logistics Park across the country over the period of next 5 to 8 years. A significant increase in E-commerce trading shall also be initiated that shall help decrease cost of logistics over the period of 5 to 8 years. (4) Ministry of logistics shall meet Logistics Council led by Prime Minister every 3 months a year.

My suggestions on the Draft National Logistics Policy are as follows :- (1) A Ministry for Logistics may be created as this is a very important sector that needs focus for improving overall economic growth, development and progress. (2) Logistics Nodal Agency shall directly report to the Ministry regarding implementation, progress, current status of its functioning as Nodal Agency. (3) Reduction of Logistics cost may be reduced by 25% to 30% over the period of next 5 to 8 years.

Regarding Sea Transport internationally. This day many youngsters are on air to start their own business without knowledge and proper system follow up, yes everybody is having right to grow and settle their carrier but not at the cost of scam, fraud, money loss of bank, direct \ indirect government or customer loss. Some system must be made for Especially International logistics and operations that can’t be operate and handled by anyone, it starts with some proper certification, authentication

For TRUCKS: please make some rule that they cannot drive vehicle more than 40-60 KMPH. Engine should be built like this or some speed limit lock should be in truck. Trucks only drive in LEFT BAY in one raw not at the right side. Major accidents are being due to Trucks are not driving properly. It’s also damages roads and infrastructures. this is serious topic which government should imply. May be there are several rules but untill government will not strict on this nothing will be change.

हमको इस बार उनपर एईसे अटैक करना चाईए जैसे उनोने कभी भी नहीं सोचा हो। इस बार सिर्फ पाकिस्तान के आंतकवादी को नही बल्कि साथ मे पाक की सरकार को भी जवाब देना चाईए की हमारे देश पर बुरी नज़र रकोगे तो तुम्हारी आंखें निकालेंगे यह नया हिंदुस्तान है। भारत माता कि जय । अगर कुछ ग़लत कहा हो तो माफ़ कीजियेगा पर आज के हमले का बदला ज़रूर लीजिएगा

मुझे नहीं पता की मै अपनी बात सही जगह पर बता रहा हूं या नहीं लेकिन सर मुझे लगता है कि आज 14Feb को जो आतंकी हमला हुआ है वो हमारे देश को उकसाने के लिए किया गया है वो जानते है भारत इस अटैक के बाद शांत नहीं बैठेगा और फिर से सर्जिकल स्ट्राइक करेगा और मुझे ऐसा लगता हैं कि वो जानबूझ कर ऐसा चाआते है की हम सर्जिकल स्ट्राइक करे और वो इसके लिए पहले से ही तैयार होंगे और सायद सर्जिकल स्ट्राइक 2 उनके लिए सर्जिकल स्ट्राइक ना होकर बल्कि भारत द्वारा उनके प्लान में फंसना हो मुझे उम्मीद है आप समझेंगे
