sir i think for pollution control a sense of responsibility must be there.Chandigarh is very green city we must make it more and more green by planting trees like peepal which gives more and more oxygen . for services sector we can talk with banks and companies to run electric buses for their employees for reaching office.we must plan very effective & very easy public transport for everyone and like car parkings there will be seprate provision for cycle parking on all bus stands.

Replace disposable cups and glasses with kulhars at eateries and snacks outlets as these plastic and paper cups add to soil pollution after being used and forms a large part of garbage dumps. This would not only help in curbing soil pollution but also provide employment to potters. #ChandigarhPollutionControlCommittee

SIR,use of mythane gas 4 driving vehicles does not produce smoke.Mythane gas can be derived by conserving cattles for its cowdung instead of slaughtering them.Vellur villege in tamil nadu is able to achiveve this.not only this city is clean.measures r taken 2 clean recycle inorganic waste & use organic waste and cowdung 4 mythane gas & fertilize. another solution is to encourage bycycles instead of motorcycle.plantinng peeple and neem trees roadside can make a big difference.all india needs it.
