GST IS BIG DIS ADVANTAGE FOR SMALL DISRIB./IFA WHO EARNING IS 50000/ANNUM.SO IF GOV. SHOULD "exempt Mutual fund commission from GST"IS VERY GOOD STEPS TOWARDS DEVELOPMENTT IN SELF -EMPLOYENT OR THOSE WHO EARN LESS THAN 1LAKH COMMISION PER ANNUM.

Mutual funds distributor need not b asked to pay gst as they donot collect money or do any trade..Like Lic agent..So pl stop this ..And also current charge of 18% is v high..Funds distributors are unable to pass on this to investors..Pl lower this burden. It's too harsh as along with income tax it's total around 40%..Perhaps highest among all tax payers..Pl rethink and change..ThankS..Dipak gandhi fr baroda

there is no facility for modification of GST practitioner Registration details. So that, I can not update my professional qualification of Company Secretary/Chartered Accountant in the registration certificate. previously i took the registration based on my B.Com degree only. Please up date. Also find the attachment for problems in Refund process for exports

The Deposit required to be made against the Appeal u/s 107(6) is 10% and u/s 112(8) is another 20% totaling to 30% of the demand. This will result in indiscriminate demand by the authorities to dispute everything and corner 30% of the demand.Under the erstwhile Excise/Service Tax provisions it was only 7.5% against the first Appeal and another 2.5% against the 2nd Appeal totaling to 10% against the present GST regime of 30%.Under Income Tax Act also the pre-deposit is only 20%
