Today my loan for starting new small industry was approved in Indian Overseas Bank. Bank Manager ask me and my father to sign several blank Rs. 10/- Non Judicial Stamp Paper. The charges for granting of loan till date was not clear. It took more than 3 months to clear the loan. The charges of Rs. 3 Lakh Demand draft in SBI is Rs. 51 only but in Indian Overseas Bank is Rs. 900/- why such difference when both are Public Sector Bank.

It's time we must redesign our educational system every school clg must have psychological assistance we need to re construct our mentality principles ethics and morality otherwise no law can bring peace in our country our generation devolope very poor mentality which will cost heavily yo our country and as we know if unity collapse nothing will be left for us it will harm from top to bottom that poor values of our generation neither spare poor nor rich.please concentrate on educational system

AND, TOWARDS THIS END ANY SIGNIFICANT DEVELOPMENT APPEARS TO A FAR CRY, AS OF NOW. WHAT.TO SAY ABOUT RURAL AREAS. THE SITUATION IN URBAN AREAS IS FAR FROM THE ONE WHICH CAN BE HELD OUT AS AN EXAMPLE. THE NEWLY LAUNCHED 'KAUSHAL KENDRA' CAN, HOPEFULLY PLAY A PIVOTAL ROLE.

In many poor households, men ie fathers/husbands deny the women in the household to study/ do a job, these men are very aggressive, possessive and controlling the women. I think every adult in poor households ;men and women should be given counselling regarding this dominating attitude and ignorant behavior, may be this will help them think proper.

Child marriages have been one of the huge setbacks for women empowerment, many women are married off at a young age of 13-16 years age and they are very badly treated and oppressed by their husbands. This is commonly seen in many cases, where these women are deprived off of education after 7th or 8th and do menial jobs.In many such cases, the men and family members deny the woman to work, or even study further. I have no idea how to overcome this problem, but this should be taken seriously.

Conduct personality development classes/courses for rural women through school teachers on saturdays and sundays or through reputed NGOs.Arrange training in villages for craft/manufacturing of items with raw materials available in rural areas.

Appreciation for people participatory leadership management.. It is very highly recommended and no one in this country has initiated so far like our Honorable Prime Minister...The important fact is we must first accept the rural women and youth as they are and try to understand their language instead of blaming them that they must learn this and that...The moment we have empathy and we are listening to them on their level by down to earth approach then it is easy to develop them

Respected PM, I want to bring to your notice that although Mother-child campaigns point that breast feeding is essential till baby is at least 6 months old, as per labor law, maternity leave is only for 12 weeks. The law has not changed since 1961.Due to this, chances of women to leave workforce increase post maternity . Sir, I appreciate your commitment and steps taken for betterment of country.
