It is seen that most of the programmes not only for women but for the benefit of entire people of the country do not fetch its desired/fruitful results which is mainly due to lethargic attittude of Panchayats and other local authorities and of course rampant corruption. So if we require the good results we must be strict in implenting the programmes removing all abovesaid hurdles..

Sir it is also essential to have strict followup and implementation of whatever activities or programmes introduced for the benefit of women, as it is seen that most of the time government departments are not so sincere and they act as चलते का नाम गाड़ी ..It is also necessary to rootout curruption which so rampant in not only govt deptts but private sector also. middlemen are exploiting the situation. Strict law must be enacted and culprits must be punished exemplary.

Women are the backbone of not only any family, but the society also. So, it is essential to strengthen them by participating in all fronts of life. Our government must boost them by giving maximum opportunities in all sphere. It is seen that in rural areas of our country are suppressed and some times some of them have no freedom for speech. So, we must be more practical than keeping the discussion or matters on paper only. Various program mes must be introduced for the upliftment of women.

Great initiative. As this is mentioned in the above write up that it takes care of practices like early marriage/girl child issues etc. I believe such panels should be set up nationally and a female + family should register themselves once a female gets pregnant. The entire life cycle of her pregnancy should be maintained. This would also track pre natal test. When this will be managed on a micro level this would control birth rate of the baby whether boy or girl.

we need to change mentality of all indian about women.in village people think that if a girl child born in their home then they must be ready for dowry, without this they cant be find suitable groom for them.its feel me that just like a barter system.now time has change, and if we give good education and employment to every women.that way we really change the mentality of this society.
