Introduction of city buses and taking off from roads, all three wheeler autos : Develop a very strong, fast urban commuting system with the introduction of city buses at frequent intervals. Properly mark bus stops with road network charts and bus numbers at bus stops. Discontinue three wheelers to reduce traffic congestion. Ensure that city buses adhere to time punctuality. Issue time limit tickets so that a commuter can board different buses to reach destination, without buying another ticket.

Roadside encroachments be permanently removed to make way for easier flow of traffic. Hand cart vendors be allotted business space at vacant municipal land inside the colonies. A policy be created by municipality to gradually phase out hand carts in five years time and these people be allotted kiosks at various places to sustain their livelihood.
