As part of the Ministry of Urban Development’s Smart City Challenge, Udaipur Municipal Corporation has recently completed the round one of the citizen’s consultation. Based on the outcome of round one, Corporation is now preparing to undertake several activities for citizen’s engagement in round two. As part of round two, Udaipur Municipal Corporation now invites suggestions/ feedbacks on one of the priority area i.e. ‘intelligent government services’ required by Udaipur city to be smart. All services are provided through online and offline platforms. Citizens and officials can access information on accounting and monitor status of projects and programs through data available on online system. Robust data infrastructure system shares information and enhances internal governmental coordination.

Please give your suggestions that what all services should be there?

Last date for submission is 4th December, 2015.

For my smart city (UDAIPUR) i want to give some suggestion likes: Solid waste management should be proper,Sewerage system should be completely apart from river "AAYAD"it should be developed on the parameters of river venish of Udaipur.Helmet and seat belt should be declared compulsory all time for a secure traffic system.

abstract : the government employees, public servants and elected respectibles wake their conscience. practical: listen to the general mass, the intellects, the concerned and the responsibles. perform for what they are paid for, what they have pledge for and what they are expected to !!!!

In my view the first and foremost thing are to deploy some basic things. Currently we are not having any sewerage system in place. we need to also build and maintain the road network. It is my feeling that we build many new roads but forget to maintain the same. Apart from that 2 wheeler and four wheeler parking is another big problem of Udaipur city. We should have a mechanism of reporting a complaint and getting a regular update till the closure.
