I think surat has to have a intelligent and disciplined management of traffic
It needs to develop the tourism hotspots in and around surat that have been neglected for long and create a new area for income generation.
It needs to have better connectivity especially in the railway routes.
It needs to utilize the natural resources in a disciplined way

2.Water supply in a country like U.A.E they converting salt water into drinking same process can be applied here also.
3.A well disciplined n systematic traffic plan is necessary with strict rules.
4Underground drainage n power supply system should be done so that deforestation can be eradicated .

1)we have to reduce accidents in surat by assigning speed limit for every vehicle.if the vehicle reaches certain limit then the camera must capture the vehicle and owner.And then the photo must send immidiately to control room,press and media.then by next checkpoint he must be punished.
