Grass root education is the main essence in achieving smartness. If children at a very young age are inducted with the right values, we can expect the future to be bright. Internet exposure is a must in today's age. Kids should be taught to express their views freely. Debates and discussions on a better future should be done in schools. Smart cities will evolve if children are taught smart values. 100% education and fearless expression of misconduct combined with swift action will make us smart.

1. rain water harvesting and minimum tree plantation should be made compulsory for industries. 2. industries should be encouraged to use solar power for office loads and minimum tree plantation in their premises and surrounding premises should be compulsory. 3. Permission of industries should not be given without connection to sewage treatment plant (stp). 4. Common stp can be provided for GIDCs and the cost of this can be charged to the industries using it as per usage in their local taxes.
