The Pasighat Municipal Council (PMC) is pleased to inform you that our City has been selected through a competitive process for Smart City Mission under the Ministry of Urban Development (MoUD). In the next phase, our city has to compete with others to make it to the top 20 to be taken up for first round of funding, for year 2015-16.

Pasighat is now required to formulate a vision, mission and a proposal in consultation with its citizens and other stakeholders. Your City needs you!! So, PMC urges the citizens of Pasighat to share their opinions and ideas to make our “Pasighat- a Credible Smart City”. Your views are valuable and can make a difference to our city!!

Your valuable suggestions can bring significant transformation to your city and improve the life of citizens.

Presently, electricity & water supply is the main problem Pasighat, so I would suggest that on the priority these sectors should be made 24x7. Only then, pasighat can think for other development. Without these amenities, it is not possible for anyone to go hi-tech

Pasighat is going to be a smart city and being a smart city it should also have a smart education and security. The city have to develop it should have 24X7 water supply and electricity supply. Proper housing, easy transportation, medical facilities, metres, airport all are required for a smart city. A smart solution is required to make the city smart. Following all these Pasighat can develop a let towards a smart city.

In my views to make our Pasighat as a smart city, must have a face identification system in place to catch criminals. The photos and DNA of criminals and suspect will be entered in computer and information will also be shared with others cities. This system will help in controlling the crime

MY SUGGESTION FOR SMART CITY .proper law and order proper medical facilities.proper drinking water supply small industry/factories electricity supply 24 x 7. Water supply 24 x 7. Road communication.. Faster internet facility.. Education facilities

The smart cities academic network is working on e-governance and e-service in north east region. IBM announced its smarter cities to stimulate economic growth and quality of life cities and metropolitan area with the activation of new approaches of thinking and acting in the urban eco-system.

1. 1: All Hospitals, Colleges, Schools, Banks, Government Buildings, Court, Major Markets, Railway Station, Bus Stand, Post Office, Panchayati Raj Office, Insurance Office, Department of Social Welfare, Regional Traffic Office, Passport Office, Chief Medical Officer Office, Police Stations, Stadiums, Parks, Airport, etc.

2. my suggestion: I appeal the all the citizen of pasighat. let us support and make our pasighat as smart city why , pasighat is the one of oldest town of arunachal pradesh. So, please come one and all. 1st of health facilities. 2ndly enchancement of police then 3rdly C.C.T survillenceand and welcome the any development. Activitiesn given by the govt. of india/A>P state govt. which may well secured and good economic for the public of smart city pasighat.

These forms of intelligence in smart cities have been demonstrated in three ways :- 1. Orchestration intelligence :- where cities establish institution and community based problem solving collaboration, such as a Bletchley park. 2. Empowerment intelligence :- cities provide open platforms, experimental facilities and smart city infrastructure in order to lustre innovation in certain district.

3. In my view road must be well connected to the rest part of our state. Airport way facilities be introduce. The scenic beauty of regime mountain in the west side of pasighat doubled its beauty
