Now a days accident are common in pasighat because the people doesn't follow the rules. They goes from the wrong side of the road. There should also be a zebra crossing and we should adapt traffic rule and regulation.

The standard sanitation technology in urban areas is the collection of wastewater in sewers, its treatment in wastewater treatment plants for reuse or disposal in rivers, lakes or the sea. Sewers are either combined with storm drains or separated from them as sanitary sewers. Combined sewers are usually found in the central, older parts or urban areas. The high investment cost of conventional wastewater collection systems are difficult to afford for many developing countries.

adequate sanitation in conjunction with good hygiene and safe water are essential to good health. Lack of proper sanitation causes diseases. Most of the diseases resulting from sanitation have a direct relation to poverty. The lack of clean water and poor sanitation causes many diseases and the spread of diseases.

For making Pasighat as smart city, first of all, the people of Pasighat should be smart, by keeping own surrounding clean.
As you know, in Pasighat electricity & water supply is the main problem, so I would suggest that these should be 24x7 and well developed.
Dustbin should be kept in road side.
The main thing is road, I think pedestrian should be made to prevent accident and speed breaker.

I want Pasighat to be most beautiful town with stellar attraction where all individuals live with pride. As Pasighat has many natural resources, i.e. Siang River, through this we can create hydro power.

Now a day the amount of traffic has increased rapidly, which leads to big traffic jams every day. There are two main solutions improving of roads, highways and improving public transportation. There have been many debates about which solution we should focus on. In my opinion, we should upgrade the road system.

Public transport;- public transport means few cars on the road and that means less pollution. More used of public transport would lead to less congestion greater public access making public transport free would mean everyone could use it, regardless of income them tress would rise. Government need to invest in transport intrastruce and this required revenue. A free service may mean a lower quality service.
