Coming back again in changing the looks of pasighat market, (1) the odd looking structure of the erstwhile Fish market is to be demolished or renovated in an innovative design. (2) The electric transformer located just the other side should also be either housed properly or shifted to other place. It is just at the crucial location. There is every possibility of triggering accident. ( to be continue ..... )

Yes Deepakji, you rightly pointed it out. Irresponsive attitude of some people irritates every one in society. But general public acclimatized with it and simply pass comment " hota he aise". We should not consider public property as property of enemy- rather we should care it- preserve it for generation to come.

As visualized by Jayanta Perme, it will attract tourist if we could set up Botanical garden or park/zoological park as Arunachal Pradhesh is known for rich in flora and fauna. East Siang district is abundant of many such species. Resource person from Forest Deptt and Horticulture college could be used is such proposal but we have to locate a suitable place

Smart city Pasighat will also be a tourist hub.Tourist from India & foreign countries will come to Pasighat.Pasghat will also be a transit place for tourists willing to visit deeper tourist places in Arunachal. So many first class hotels , tourists lodges , shopping malls & restaurants should be constructed in Pasighat. The people of Pasighat & nearby areas should be educated & trained in hospitality though the people of Pasighat are very warm to the outsiders to bring in more refinement.

We need to change, that too inside-out first..Street lights being broken using catapult, human manure in attendance punching machine, spitting on walls where it is specially mentioned not to do so and many other mischievous actions , need to be checked. We need books on morals and etiquette to read out to us by someone please.

Pasighat is very poor in Info.& tech.sector.there is no proper broadband connection. For egovernence the IT sector should be improved. It will save time of the citizens in any official works & also bring transparency & accountability in the government works.

To change the looks 1) strayed animals should not be allowed to enter the main market. Garbage are to be cleared daily 3) use of polythene should be banned completely.4) people are to be trained and changed their attitude to follow swachch bharat mission 5) table or raised structure for displaying veg etc by the seller in open market should be designed uniformly. Most of the table are irregular in shape which make it look odd.

In the smart city Pasighat , a biological park/ zoo should be developed in the outskirts of the city. It will a place for education , recreation & will also generate revenue for the city & will aid in it's sustenance.
