(continue on use of Siang river........) - silting or deposit of silt on riverbed and rising of water level will poises treat which need to be checked in scientific way, Else some day river water will go higher than pasighat like Dibrugarh town. Since Arunachal is in seismic zone, river water will inundate pasighat township if crack develop in embankment. Embankment should be strong enough to stand over such calamities.

(i)As we know student are the future citizen of pasighat .Due to lack of infrastructure and teacher specially in Govt.School many students can't fulfilled their dream for better development of smart city people of pasighat must be literate.(ii) Due to lack of traffic in road many accidents occur
