(continue on use of Siang river....) If water could not be managed from present source, river water can be used as alternative. Pump up and send to treatment plant and use for many purposes. However Deptt concern has to manage potable water for every citizen. In the park I mentioned in earlier post, has to be illuminated sufficiently with high-mast tower along side the river bank for the safety of visitors in evening. Littering of used bottle/ cane are to be strictly prohibited.
