The Pasighat Municipal Council (PMC) is pleased to inform you that our City has been selected through a competitive process for Smart City Mission under the Ministry of Urban Development (MoUD). In the next phase, our city has to compete with others to make it to the top 20 to be taken up for first round of funding, for year 2015-16.

Pasighat is now required to formulate a vision, mission and a proposal in consultation with its citizens and other stakeholders. Your City needs you!! So, PMC urges the citizens of Pasighat to share their opinions and ideas to make our “Pasighat- a Credible Smart City”. Your views are valuable and can make a difference to our city!!

Your valuable suggestions can bring significant transformation to your city and improve the life of citizens.

Please share your ideas to make Pasighat – a credible Smart City.

(3) Telephone and electricity wiring in some places looks like spider net which not only poises danger to human lives but also make the place look very odd. Some of the posts are also found in deformed shape laden with binding wires, torn flex or cotton posters. To change the looks of the township, both telephone and electric wire should be taken underground.

1. Siang river embankment. 2. Good Governance and assure safety for all citizen, specially for women, children and senior citizen. 3. totally band for hunting animals in sanctuary( D.Ering).

My View Not really like,Paris,Washington,Rome. But like. its is not necessary to invest 1000 Cr,100 million rupees but necessary to plan very well saintly but clean small but importance 1.Town planning,separate market place 2.Play ground 3.Hospital 4.Institutional building(proper) Tabid Takoh

1. (2) Not only the buildings in market place but also the fencing or other structures in various part of city or quarter complex of govt. staff are in irregular manner. In some sectors fencing are extended towards road side making it narrowing. Not only it give hurdle in free passage of vehicular movement but also make it look odd. General Administration should issue directives or allowed to set the structure in original place.
