We can use our waste product in producing electricity and bio gas for fuel.
Door to door connection can be encouraged by purchasing the waste product at some rate like rs (2/ kilo) so that no one could throw their house hold waste in the city. This will help us in making swaksh bharat avhyan success and also in making use of waste product as producing electricity and fuel.

This condition causes the more air pollution and additional load on infrastructure. The absence of regular power supply causes to have generators in the individual premises engaging land resources. Similar impact is also contributed through storage of water. If 24X7 water supplies is done, individual storage will not require.

Dependency of the power supply in Indian context is mainly coal based, hydroelectric power and some portion is burning of diesel. In the shortage of power supply from thermal or hydroelectrically the diesel based generators fulfil the demand in the urban area. These generators are used with planning. The backup power is more frequent. Even if it is compliance to the Indian laws, its emission is higher than the other sources like thermal. Continue.....

The water requirements are fulfilled by extraction or withdrawal of ground water or river/ stream water. At present most of the cities are supplied within the supply limit of 135 litres per capita per day. While most of the cities are in the process of developing water supply system. As a natural process the abstraction of ground water creates void within the acquirer and also flow of Arsenic in ground water. So system of Recycling and reuse of water should be developed.

Very good proposal integrated with the current scenario of Muzaffarpur. I would like to advise few suggestions as given below.
1. Muzaffarpur is linked with many scholers like Dr Rajedra Prasad, Janki Ballabh Shastry so facility should rejuvenate the memories of those people. this will also raise the morel of the people.
2. Integrated transport should be conceived which can include BRTS, public bicycle system, pedestrian footpath and all integrated with IT.

The govt.have decided to develop smart city at various places. In many cities and rural areas roads and infra. development works are also started. I want to suggest that, all the roads should be 6 or 8 lanes or more, space of walking and parking place on road, on edge of the both sides of road one small canal or pipeline for various utilities like, Gas line, electricity line, telephone line, and other required utilities, while on second side water canal with solar penal should be installed.
