There are many problems faced by the people of Lucknow such as inefficient waste disposal, encroachment, parking woes etc. Unless all these problems are solved, the city cannot become a Smart City. The residents, on their part, should keep their surroundings clean and dispose of waste only where it is meant to, as a first step towards making Lucknow a smart city. Planting trees, car pooling, etc. are other steps that we as individuals can undertake.
