Charbagh railway station should be renovated and expanded. Also it should have better cleanliness and facilities for travelers. A smart city cannot have an outdated station with poor facilities. Install seats like airports have at the station waiting center so that people do not sleep on floor. If required Lucknow should have a new Railway terminal for select trains and this should be built in a modern way so that it can accommodate thousands of passengers.

Lucknow needs a properly maintained and centralized website which is professionally run. All the citizens should then be able to use the website and app to convey their thoughts, suggestions, images of places where work is needed, problem issues, information during natural calamities and the government can also convey information through this website. People and government should be connected 24x7.

Start a contest "What have you done for your city?" Through this identify citizens who are doing constructive work for the city for example in sanitation, planting trees, beautification of parks, helping poor and homeless, community service etc. Such people and groups should be publicly awarded so that more people are motivated to work for their city and country.
